Before you text

Photos & video are the easiest for any tech support, unless you prefer to describe the issue. Please send your request through one channel only — avoid asking through both email and phone/text, as duplicate tickets may lead to potential delay or denial.

This line is recorded and monitored by all our team members, so anyone on the team can pick up your case.
